    Ed the main contact ward not the issues, more of the problem was with documents being late, numbers being wrong, even when I pointed things out they still did not get fixed. I would say poor communication with title and under writting.

    Very long process. Loan kept changing without letting us know. Deed is incorrect and have not gotten answers to 2 questions following the signing of documents.
