Great experience overall with Sam. He's personable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I'd recommend him without reservation to anyone interested in a new mortgage or refinance.
Communication was great. Sam and Jacqueline kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everyone who was involved with the whole process was friendly and I knew I was in good hands.
