I'm Sam Holman, a real estate agent in South Jordan, Utah, licensed with Real Broker, LLC. I have over 16 years of experience and an associate degree, and I work both sides of the transaction: listing and selling homes for sellers, and representing buyers. For sellers, I price against live comparable sales rather than guesswork, walk the house before photos to decide which paint, repair, and staging dollars actually come back, market with professional photography and full listing syndication, and negotiate toward the number that matters most: net proceeds at closing. For buyers, I match neighborhoods to budget and commute, review builder contracts and incentives on new construction, explain VA, FHA, and conventional financing, coordinate inspections, and negotiate repairs and price. I serve South Jordan, Sandy, Draper, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Murray, Midvale, Riverton, Herriman, Salt Lake City, West Jordan, Bluffdale, and Emigration Canyon, and I know them street by street: Daybreak's villages, SoDa Row, and the new Downtown Daybreak district around the Salt Lake Bees' ballpark; Jordan School District boundaries feeding Bingham High; Herriman's Rosecrest benches, Olympia, and Blackridge Reservoir; new construction in Riverton and Bluffdale near Camp Williams; Canyons District homes from SunCrest and Corner Canyon to Dimple Dell Regional Park; Granite District pockets in Holladay and Millcreek, where Holladay Hills is rising on the old Cottonwood Mall site and Millcreek Common anchors the new town center; Sugar House and the Avenues; and canyon lots in Emigration Canyon. I track Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter commutes, TRAX and FrontRunner access, and how price per square foot shifts between these markets. I'm a U.S. Army veteran who grew up in Salt Lake City, so I represent military buyers and sellers using VA loan benefits. I also advise investors on rentals and small multifamily property in Murray, Midvale, West Jordan, and Salt Lake City, and I work often with first-time home buyers, first-time home sellers, and move-up clients selling one home while buying the next. I live in South Jordan and have rebuilt roughly 30 classic cars.
