Smooth process from start to finish. I felt very informed. The team I had assigned to me from Sal to Caleb, and all in between, were a delight to work with throughout it all. Highly recommend.

Detailed and much of the onus and documents needed were pushed back to me. Not as smooth and seemless as I would have liked.

Overall, the AmeriSave was great. However, on 3 occasions, I called Sal with question, but Sal never responded to any. So then I reached out to Maria and she returned my calls I a timely maner and satisfied my issues
