I was told by Ms. Spellman that the $500 I paid was to "hold the loan rate". I was told it was refundable. I was told that I had 3 days to cancel. I was quoted a high rate and when I found a lower rate, I was told I would not get the $500 back....

It was a very quick process and when there were problems they were on it and did all that could be done as quick as possible.
