Very fast!
Appraiser made several mistakes and seems incompetent. There needs to be a better screening process for appraiser's.
This is my second time using Ryan for a mortgage. The application process is easy. His follow-up was always prompt. I've referred two colleagues to him who have had equally satisfying experiences.
