Better communication. In the beginning Ryan was very accessible but as the process went on, he did not return phone calls promptly and did not relay information to us as we asked for it.
Ryan was very professional, efficient and informational. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer, patient and kind. I’ve never refinanced before and he made the process easy and pleasant.
