I just think it is because we are first time home buyers and didn't know a lot about the process. I think that Ryan did the best he could to make sure we had the best deal and was able to afford closing cost.
Lack of communication, failure to respond in a timely manner, overall stressful and unpleasant experience

Ryan gave us advice on different mortgage options and was always available to talk. He also worked with us to get the best rate on our mortgage.
Ryan kept all parties updated at all times, but not too much.
Ryan is awesome! He is so patient and kind with all my questions ;)
Never any communication from the lender and we had to extend the contract in order to close.
