My wife and I couldn't have been anymore pleased with Ryan. Ryan done everything from preapproval, all the way to closing. Very professional and honest. I would highly recommend this young man for all your loan needs.
Ryan did an excellent job, and made the process of buying a home very easy. His experience in this business was easy to see. I would not pick anyone else.
The loan application and the home buying process went well. Ryan explained everything and answered all of our questions. I have worker with the bank of edwardsville since 1999. It's a great place to bank!
Ryan was always accessible and walked me through every step of the process. Most of the forms were done electronically, and for my convenience, he came to my house when any paperwork needed to be signed.
Ryan was very respectful, explained things in laymen's terms, and was very timely with following up. He never once came across as forceful and you could he genuinely cared about a successful outcome for us.
