Ryan stayed on top of everything. I needed only to follow his directives and everything went smoothly.
Despite Ryan being on travel, he was still in contact with me and answered all of my questions within a reasonable time. Every time I called, he answered, or at the very least, called back within that same day.
Quick communication and able to answer all questions to get pre approval through closing.
We were a first time home buyer and we just felt mostly confused through a lot of the process. I have to say it was very nice however that the process was completed quickly.

Ryan started in the mortgage business in 2004 and came to Delmar Mortgage in 2013. During his career, Ryan has used his understanding of the business to close over 1000 loans and has established himself as one of the most knowledgeable loan originators in our area. He prides himself on this knowledge and spends time every day studying the market along with loan programs and guidelines in order to better serve his clients.
During his free time, Ryan stays active by helping his wife, Alicia, chase their three kids around. A daughter and two sons makes it certain that Ryans time away from the office is never short on excitement.
