It was a smooth pricess from beginning to finish. Never had to wait for an answer on questions we had. I hear horror stories a lot (buying a house in general) but that was not our experience at all

Ryan seemed very open and straight forward with all information requested. He was avaliable via text message which seems simple for easier questions that didn't require a phone call. If it wasnt a simple answer then he would call.

He prides himself on this knowledge and spends time every day studying the market along with loan programs and guidelines in order to better serve his clients.
During his free time, Ryan stays active by helping his wife, Alicia, chase their three kids around. A daughter and two sons makes it certain that Ryans time away from the office is never short on excitement.
