Paperwork was left to the last minute which cause massive amounts of stress. When we did have to extend our contract because of last minute complications, communication was lacking.

Ryan Lendrum handled the buyers loan process very well. As the seller's agent we (myself and Sellers) both appreciated his professional manner and communications.
Ryan was a pleasure to work with ! We needed to have a very quick close just at two weeks and he made it happen! I will gladly send his name out to friends and family if they are in the need of a new home purchase or refinance.
