Extremely helpful staff. Simple and easy process. If I had any questions I could always reach someone for guidance. I also appreciate the updates of the progress of the loan throughout the loan process.

The process was great by being easy
First of all, we liked that everything was estimated, confirmed, and signed without leaving our workplace, i.e. at home. Second, all possible issues were resolved with patience, in a supportive and timely manner.
