    Borrower beware. All good to go for weeks until an unpleasant surprise condition 2 hours before closing. Nightmare experience on what should have been a joyous occasion.

    Ryan was extremely easy to work with. He was responsive to any questions I had throughout the process, and the whole transaction from preapproval to closing was seamless. Too easy! I would highly recommend.
