Ryan and Rachel were great. very patient and on top of it.
Everything went well with closing
Ryan and team did a great job helping us through the home building process.
Although Ryan was overall ok to work with, he was not organized, forgetful, and at times was arrogant.
Ryan utilized various methods of communication. He also made the process as easy as possible. Embarking on a home journey is hard but worth it in the end and he was there to answer any questions.
It got done, which is the ultimate goal and much appreciated. However, I do feel like some parts of the process were very impersonal and demanding. It was very frustrating and not enjoyable.
Ryan was friendly and easy to work with throughout this process. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner at any time of the day.
Fantastic as always!
Ryan was with us the whole way, catching the details and any changes at every corner. He's a terrific asset to anyone working with him.
