Ryan always made himself available to answer any questions we had during the process. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ryan and the NFM Lending team were very detailed oriented in their communication which made he process smooth.

process was too slow. underwriters could do a better job of requesting documents. instead they were asking for one document at a time with each document request having a turnaround time of 1 week. unnecessary request for paperwork
Everything was explained every step of the way. Communication was excellent and a reply was always given within a day of any questions we had.
Ryan was delightful to work with. However, there were unnneccesary delays which took away from the overall experience.

Ryan was born and raised in Akron, Ohio but now works throughout the Buckeye State – specifically in the Columbus areas of Westerville, Worthington and Dublin. When Ryan isn’t helping families with home loans, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, practicing his golf swing, playing tennis and hitting the slopes for some skiing.
