several items during the process were not clearly explained. evrything was rushed. someof it was my fault. lot of it was not done in a manner i was accainted with from other refi companies and processes.

Ryan was available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. He also engaged us with his team members. It was challenging for us to get through to closing, but he was with us every step... Right up to late evening hours to closing....
