Ryan was probably the only reason i was able to get into my new home. He helped me fix my credit, find a lender, and was very patient with my lack of experience.

Ryan and the rest of his team were very supportive throughout the loan application and refinancing process. I was kept in the know throughout and they assisted in whatever I needed. The process from start to finish was efficient.

Ryan Christiansen provide unbelievable service in processing the loan. Ryan kept us appraised at each step of the process then followed up after we made a submittal. Ryan was the primary reason we went with Perennial Finance.

Ryan kept me updated on the process the entire time. At each step in the process, Ryan explained what was needed from me. The online system was also very good at keeping which documents were needed in order.

Ryan was excellent with the whole process he talked with me at all lures of the night and even weekends he talked with us and we Ryan was prompt with getting paper work over to us to fill out for our home purchase .
