This clients credit was negatively impacted with a lein- AFTER we issued pre-approval. Based on this, the loan was denied. This was not in my control. We also did NOT wait until the last minute as you still had 2 weeks left on the finance contingency....

The only good experience was the Ryan finding us an shaving rate. Leaving the title's office without the keys was absolutely awful and as a first time home buyer, it was very upsetting and disappointing. At least the rate is good.
