Too many people involved in the process and too many oversights. Did not include my second hi lock in the CD, did not close at requested timeframe, which resulted in undesirable consequence. Loan processor dies not take ownership of oversight...

I felt like Ryan worked hard to get this to happen. We had a unique house and set of circumstances. I felt Ryan worked hard to find a way for us. Very grateful for his compassion and understanding.
