Seller did not make this transaction easy with frequent last minute changes. Tracey did a great job keeping up with the changes and keeping us informed on how our loan would be affected.

Sorry about what the seller put your thru, never seen that before in 16yrs of doing this but happy that it all worked out.
I would work with Tracey on my next house and I would recommend to my friends and family in a heartbeat. He knows his stuff and can help walk you through everything with ease.
Being able to talk all hours of the day to ask my questions was a great bonus. Talking to someone so cheerful and honest is a great way to break the stress of the home buying experience.
