You are right girl, that was not an easy one but happy to get it done and having y'all in your new house!!
The buyer was upset the underwriter wanted a bunch more information at the very end after they had left New Mexico to come to closing. It would have been a lot easier to ask for this the week before.They are still glad that it was closed.
