Poor communication and time management
Kathy and Steve were kind and helpful, making a stressful process much less so.
We missed our closing date at the title company due to a miscommunication, but this was remedied to our satisfaction. I would recommend more "hand-holding" towards the end of the process, so clients are clear on when to contact the title company...
