1 point of contact not 4. Accurate list of requirements. Have the person asking for documents reachable by phone. Too many versions "updated final CD". Received a CD on Monday,, only to get a different one from the title company the next day.....

All qestions were answered in a timely manner and everything was explained to me so I could understand.
I was lost most of the way through the process but Steve and his team always let me know what I needed to do and when.
