I liked the fact that I only worked with three people from this company as apposed to six with another company I pre-qualified with. Also, the people I worked with at Thrive were personable, accessible and honest.

We were sent multiple lists of things to complete, which is fine. What really bothered me was that the 3 months worth of mortgage payments that needed to be in our account were not mentioned on any of those lists and heaven forbid we hadn't...
