I was satisfied with my mortgage loan process. I would have preferred better communication.
Better communication - weekly updates as to where we were in the transaction.
When time restraints and a 'difference of opinion' cropped up with other staff, Lori was a calming presence with resourceful alternatives to decisions that were needed.
Lori, is amazing! So knowledgeable, so kind, and she made the purchase of our house painless!
