    Lance is ALWAYS available when I have a question or need anything. He makes financing so easy. This is the second time that I have used lance and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. HE IS THE BEST!!!

    Everything went incredibly smoothly and quickly. I was nervous to even to a refi, because I was worried about how much time and paperwork it would take. But it was so easy!
