    Communication was excellent! Also, I'm so glad that you were ready to close before the closing date as we had asked...even though the sellers had to wait for the original date.

    Since having the file for 2 months, I believe the appraisal should've been ordered earlier to not be concerned about it coming in the day before closing. Which is what happened causing the sellers, title company and agents uncertain the property...
