Rutherford made this a super easy process. I was able to complete the entire thing from my phone. He also had the best rate! This is probably the 10th time I’ve worked with a lender and this was the smoothest experience yet.
Everything went so smoothly and everyone was so nice. Everyone worked hard to get us closed!

Highly recommend! Rutherford and Alex were great! They worked all hours to help us get our house closed! Everything went very smooth and a fast pace. Also such nice people!
Rutherford kept all parties in the loop. He was aggressively speedy while maintaining accuracy - two things that normally don't go together in this industry.
