Giving advice and constant communication
Communication with seller's realtor was not great...
Honest and prompt.. Great to work with.
Ruth helped explain everything so that we, as first time home buyers, could understand and feel comfortable. She was available 24/7 to answer any questions and make sure we had all of the paperwork ready to go.
She always responded in a timely manner and was very friendly and didn’t rush us. She made sure we were in our budget range and not over.
