    Roy Manuel has been a member of the Sandy Spring Bank family for more than 18 years, with over a decade of consumer lending experience. Roy managed the Rockville branch for six years, and he has transitioned to mortgage banking to bring his unique customer relations skills and knowledge of personal finance to the residential lending side of the Bank. A traveler, Roy is fluent in Filipino. He holds a degree in business management from De La Salle University in the Philippines, and he lives in Howard County with his wife and kids. During his free time, he dotes on his daughters while serving as a “Do It Yourselfer” for his wife.
