Everything went smoothly
Roxanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication and a true passion for helping her customers. We’ve used her twice as a lender, and would not hesitate to use her a third time!

I wish there would have been a choice somewhere between “just okay” and “great”. I know it’s been a busy time for home loans, but we would have liked to have moved more quickly.
It was actually better than just ok but not quite great. The process didn’t go fast enough and without calling, it would have taken longer.
Communication was great, and Roxanne made the whole process very pleasant. This is our second time we’ve used Roxanne for our lending needs, and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future should we refinance or purchase again.
I was informed of the progress on my loan, I was able to electronically sign forms since this was a long-distance process, and I closed a day early!

When not making dreams become reality, Roxanne loves to spend time with her teenage daughter, traveling, hiking, gardening, going to the movies, and playing catch with her dog Zoey!
