    Roxanne did a fantastic job. I have not had great experiences with Nova Reps in the past. Roxanne changed that. If I were to work with Nova again I will hope that Roxanne is the loan officer!!

    Attention to detail. Electronic updates. Loan status updates every week! And the best part - always closing on time even in the hectic world of real estate. Not an easy task but they do it every time. I give Nova an A+.
