Great people to work with, but would ask for all information needed up front rather than coming back 4 and 5 times asking for additional information and what seemed to be some repeats of what had already been provided.
Not having a hard copy of documents is not ok. A cd is great for future use IF tou have a computer with a cd drive. The electronic signing helped to speed up the process but still would have liked hard copies. Also not sure appraiser and 3rd...
