Communication.. promptness in answering questions.. some kind of human connection.. explanation and layout of everything before signatures were required.. everything was sign here and read the papers if you want to know what’s going on.

There was poor communication. I often felt like everyone was frustrated with us for unclear reasons. Ross was often in training and unavailable. Kristen was unable to answer any questions and would just repeat the same statements over and over....
