This was our 3rd home purchase in 7 years and was by far the most disjointed and confusing. Communication was subpar and 1st priority failed to explain any portion of the process, next steps, etc. I 100% will not use them again.
Ross always answers the call! He knows how to navigate to Client from start to finish in see-through with all questions answered very patient thorough and wonderful to work with.
