Rose Anne Erickson Realty has managed my son’s home since he moved from Columbus in September 2015. Since he is no longer in the state, I help by being the contact person for his home. I wanted to pass along to you how satisfied...

Being a military family I anticipated our move to the area, but I was stopped short when my husband was not only given PCS orders, but would start that transition with a deployment to Iraq. I decided to stay put in our MD home until my husband...

I've rented from RAE since March 2019 and really appreciate Andrea, Claire, and Cynthia. In all of my dealings with them, they have been helpful and friendly.

My AC went out a few weeks ago and ended up taking several days to fix and Cynthia...

Property Manager,
Cynthia, Cynthia and again Cynthia. I have felt the care that comes through the phone as soon as she says, this is Cynthia how may I help you. Her mannerism calms me, and she has a way to speaks confidence into any situation....

Not impressed by this agency. I viewed several houses they managed and what a disgusting scene. The properties had been vacant for more than a few weeks but were extremely dirty. Left over dirty sheets, debris laying around the inside, and...

Do not under any circumstances allow this company to manage your property. They are horrible! They allowed drug dealers and a wanted felon to get into our property they were rude in their responses the manager Claire was down right pour at...
