Great communication and professionalism. I appreciated not having to guess everything that was happening and when there were questions to be answered, it was nice and helpful.
Quick response and professionalism,
Rosa knows everything about loan and her background as an underwriter makes her very efficient as a loan broker. She just does the job and she is not like a typical salesperson who usually tries to sell you something.
