Better explanation and step my step communication.
We would have liked a more tutorial approach rather than our continued questions . We ask a lot off questions, but a thorough walkthrough of process would have been helpful

Rory worked with whaty needs were and met them. Only but that would have been better was timing, but that seemed to be due to other factors.
