Great communication
Ron had Excellent communication & great speed to achieve the closing targets in timely manner. I’ll suggest only one area to improve: from the very beginning, to provide the clients a clear list of all the documents needed for underwriting.

It was very pleasant, any questions I had were answered quickly and everything was explained very well. Even if I needed help on the weekends there was someone available to talk to.
