Communication and transaction were great.
In a few words my experience was quite smooth and quick
Ron and Katie were great to work with. They were quick when responding to emails and answered all of our questions. As a first time home buyer, they were able to ease the anxiety and help us understand the mortgage process.

Everything was great overall. There was some last minute documentation needed and change in the final closing costs which were stressful. It would be great if this could be improved. The team was excellent in walking us through the process.
