Ron's explanations and responses were always very fast and accurate. His team sometimes made the process a bit confusing to me, though, in terms of what should expect and when, so I believe that can be improved.
Everyone was very helpful. The communication was fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone.
Overall a seamless and efficient mortgage process. Ron and his team were available, communicated very well, and quickly answered any questions we had. We were cleared to close well before our closing date which put our minds at ease.
