Less complicated and eliminate repetitive document requests and ask for them in orderly fashion, this is more of the underwriting Teams issue, Not Ron. The Appraisal costs are terrible, double what everyone else charges.

Every person that I worked with was very responsive and helpful at any time of day all week (even weekends). My realtor and the title agency also mentioned how great Churchill was to work with throughout the process.
