Roan and his team were helpful and worked constantly to insure a prompt closing.
I never got a month off from payments, went right into paying rent to paying a mortgage. My friends who also bought houses didn't have to pay for atleast 2 months. Ron was great, but I would suggest a company that let's you skip a few months...
