When we contacted Ron we was in a unique situation. He told us what to expect and when to expect it. He stood on every word and stayed in contact with us every step of the way. He made everything comfortable.
Mr. Williams was kind, professional, and patient. This process was intimidating to me but Mr. Williams was available for all my questions, even the ones that probably didn't make any sense.
Ron is very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel at ease during the loan process.
