I was a first time homebuyer. I was terrified at the start of this process. Ron was really great. I asked him so many questions for the past 6 months and he always responded with an answer. I’m appreciative of how smooth this process went.

Being able to sign documents online and also having Ms. Trapp ensuring that you understood everything. If she didn’t have an answer she was prompt on getting one. She kept everyone in the loop on the email as well.

We had a buyer that, at the last minute, had their lender cancel their application to purchase a house. Silverton stepped in and took care of the transaction.
