Friendly, personal, and well prepared.
Ron was always there to answer our questions (and there were many), he was prompt to call us back and made us feel comfortable through the entire process.

They helped me as my h as they couldn’t to get a better deal on my closing cost.
We were told a bunch of stuff about our paperwork and how it would all be good to go. We’re given the keys and now they’re taking them away because of a paper not being originally sent to me with the format they needed.
