Some important and difficult to obtain documents were requested at the last minute to be delivered on the same day and I was working, which made it almost impossible for me.
Great effort from the team to sort out the difficulties during the process
The whole transaction was completed smoothly.Communication was on point!
There was a delay in the closing date and also the closing disclosure was not sent to me until days after the closing date.
Quick, not a lot of paperwork stopping progress. Other companies I've worked with in the past will wall you up and speed bump you in certain places. That was not the case here.
