Ron worked diligently to get the loan closed in a timely manner. Even with a delay from the appraisal coming in significantly lower and having to renegotiate, he was able to close it in 35 days!

None of this is true and I actually went out my way to get her an early move-in for her furniture because the house wasnt completed. She needed less at closing then what her original estimate was, so I guess figures coming under her estimates...
