My loan officer, Karen went above and beyond to keep us informed and relaxed during the entire process! She was up front and dedicated to our needs!
As an older home owner, I was used to having to bring a multitude of documents to the signing. The online portal was easy to navigate and made the process less stressful.
The Ruoff crew was very helpful in making sure i understood the process in and out. they also gave me alot of advice that helped me navigate the home buying journey with ease.
